Galvalange is changed his name on mid-march 2006 and become Arcelor Dudelange.
The first of January 2007, Arcelor Dudelange merges with Ewald Giebel Luxembourg, 100% subsidiary of Arcelor.
Together, they form ArcelorMittal Dudelange S.A.

The company belongs to ArcelorMittal group and is incorporated in the "LORRAINE" cluster of Downstream (Flat Carbon Europe) since 2002.
